Well xmas came early
the mail lady dropped off my new MaxVac sealer today thus completing my LEM sausage and smoking equipment for me.
#8 grinder and it is plenty large enough for my need, love the BIG BITE auger in it ...
10 lb vertical SS stuffer, and the new SS tube for the snack sticks showed up today too :0)
i took advantage a few months ago of the no shipping fees from Bass Pro and the vacuum sealer was bought on the Black Monday sale. just took some time for my buddy to ship it to me.
all of this just compliments the electric freezer/smoker that i built a month or 2 ago....
