Doing my first whole chicken today in a masterbuilt 30 electric smoker, having it soaking in a brine I foond on this site. Any advice on cooking temps, vent and chips and cook time

Good luck on that chicken... I can smell the smoke all the way from Minnesots....

I like to cook my chicken's at 300
and coat with Olive Oil near the end. It helps to crisp the chicken skin up.
