Bought a Smoke Vault last Sun. Assembled it Mon. Had to work all day Sat. It gets lit up today, Sun. for the first time. My first time, too.

Welcome to SMF! Congrats on the smoker. This forum will have you making great Q so fast your tongue will spin..heh!

Don't forget to season the smoker before actually using it. Wash it out with a mild detergent to remove any manufacturing oils/contaminants, spray it down with Pam or a veg oil rub and fire it up. Get it good and hot, then add some wood and get some smoke on the surfaces. Enjoy!
