Hey from north texas. Recently got a masterbuilt pro from home depot. Its propane powered.

My smoking experience is about 3 weeks long. So far ive done drumsticks, pork loin, and a tri tip. All were great. Also just bought a 733. Im learning a lot lurking this website and working up an appetite everyday on here.
