Fried Venison Back Strap (in Bacon grease), Wild rice, and Fresh Home Grown Tomato on the Side

Bachelor meal for me tonight. Cooked for myself. Pulled out a pack of straps from the freezer since I had a lot of bacon fat on hand (been eating a truck load of BLT's with all the fresh tomatoes!!LOL!!!) to fry up. Been craving some fried venison cutlets!

That bacon fat....OMG! So awesome with the venison!!!!!! An that tomato was perfect to go with the meal!
