My buddies were hankerin' for some ribs and the like. Wednesday's weather was great and the wind was smoker friendly. Smoked two of each - ribs, cabbage and fatties. Did some experimenting on the fatties. Half ground deer and half ground pork sausage. Folded in some corn and some onions then a sprinkle or two of both gran. garlic and my
homegrown pepper blend. Chilled some pork-n-beans and some sliced onions. When we sat down to eat I swear I was eating with a bunch of cavemen. Alot of grunting going on!! Next time I'll let the cabbage go another half hour or so. Could have been more tender. Here are the pics of it all. Hope they turn out. She's no beaut but I love "Kellie" just the same. Someone must have drooled on my camera just before I snapped the fatties....
Thanks for your interest, folks.

That spread looks beautiful. I have been meaning to do a cabbage, it sounds delicious but the wife doesn't think so. Oh well, more for me I guess.

Can't wait til my fridge smoker looks that "seasoned".

Yes, jmas. I'ts quite seasoned.
Thanks folks for the positive remarks.
I put the left-over cabbage in a pot.
Poured some water in. Threw in
half of a crumbled fatty and the last
two ribs... Now that cabbage is just right.

Lookin' good there Oky!

If I grunt will ya send some up this way? And while your at it, how bout sending some of that sunshine up here!
