Hi all! The girlfriend got me a small Weber charcoal smoker for Xmas. Been having fun learning the "art" of smoking. I manage a farm on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, so I have unlimited access to venison and fowl. Looking forward to utilizing this site and hopefully contributing as well.

Glad you joined the fourm and welcome from Frederick county. The eastern shore is a beautiful place. I attended a large smoke on Kent Island in March , great food and better scenery. Happy smoking.
