Hey all,

I've been using all the great info on this site for a while now so thought it was high time I joined the forum.

I'm from Alberta (Canada). I have a Masterbuilt (Bass Pro) electric smoker (chips, sawdust or pellets) and an Amaze-in cold smoker. I've been smoking just about everything from meat to salad dressing for about 2 years.

Looking forward to asking some questions to all the knowledgeable folks around here.
