Freezer clean out breakfast

Last night, my bride decided she wanted to reorganize the kitchen freezer. That always makes me nervous, so I supervised her efforts.

This morning she decided to make breakfast from some of her finds while I prepped meat and sauce for mom's birthday party. She didn't disappoint!

Eggs from East Texas
Weisswurst patties
Swedish potato sausage patties with lingonberry preserves
Bacon slices
Canadian bacon
Biscuits

Now I'm stuffed and don't want to go to the party! :laugh1:

We have been downsizing lately & doing the same thing.

I'm trying to go from 2 fridges, one beverage cooler & one chest freezer to one huge fridge/freezer.

Only we didn't eat everything in the freezer in one meal!

Just kidding it looks like a fantastic meal!
