Well for most dogs and burgers will work fine on Monday.  Me I am thinking 3 racks of ribs, Three whole Chickens, Some Moinks, 10 Pounds of Sausage, Tater Salad, Corn on the Cob, Smoked Beans, about a dozen Drum Sticks, should feed about 20 and take me all day long.
