Found a way to not get dried out while bbqing.

It seems every time I do these long BBQ cooks, I get dried out from the sun and the fire management on my offsets. So my wife comes out with our portable canopy we use for our kids sports and then hooks up the portable misting system next to my smokers. It was awesome! Kudos to the wife for thinking of me.
