forum newbie from the FL panhandle

Found your forum while trying to figure out an issue with my new smoker, found my answer and I'm back to smoking.

I'm live in Pensacola, FL. I'm Active Duty Military and have been smoking for about 5 years. I smoke mostly ribs and Boston butt, but I need to expand my horizons with some brisket and beef.
