We had a little BBQ at work today, we try to do this once a month. Usually we just cook chicken but today we mixed it up a bit.

Here is one of the guys smoker, his son built it in HS shop class:

Here it is filled up with Moink Balls, Pork Shots and some Bacon Wrapped Turkey Breast (that was brined in a pastrami brine overnight)

Here they are ready to be eaten

We had 25# of fresh sausage from a local meat market but decided it was too much so some is in our freezer for the next BBQ

There were a lot of other things but they were store bought and I just couldn't dignify that with a picture.

Needless to say there isn't much left over.

Nice bit of work there...JJ

Thanks everybody! We could never have done it without you! We got all the recipes/ideas from SMF, would have never thought of this on our own. Everybody really enjoyed something different for a change. Now I just have to find something different for the next one. Again, Thanks!

It wasn't me, everybody chipped in and I just did what I learned right here on SMF.
