Q on test run came out great, had it for supper last night, Country ribs,Pork roast,and  Turkey breast, a BUFFET !!

Ribs were on the upper grate, Pork and Turkey on lower grate, Smoker was built for cooking up to 2 Briskits. We also Smoked up some wings on a Trailmaster vertical we modified for cooking our chicken at contests.
