This was just a little something special I did for a few of the guys in the office. 3 wanted rib plates, 2 more wanted whole slabs. I didnt put a price on them. I was cooking anyway and had more space on the smoker than I knew what to do with while cooking up the ABTs.

The made plates... I threw on some PP for each of them. BBQ sauce homemade of course.

Fine looking lunch trays you've prepared there Xendau. That was awfully nice of you. I bet they appreciated it.

Point for sure.

SmokinAl SmokinAl - I wouldnt go that far... lol Though I have been instructed to bring PP to the Thanksgiving Pot Luck. :)

Food is me sharing a bit of what makes me happy. I asked the guys to just cover the meat, they went up and beyong and wouldnt take no for an answer.

The owner just had stomach surgery and can only have clear liquids for a while. I am going to do a classic stock to consomme (chicken) for him this weekend. I am trying to think how to get some smoke into it without seasonings. A smoked consomme sounds inviting... better than the store bought boxed stuff he is having now. I might have to lightly smoke some bones and then make the stock with them.

Al... or the rest of you guys/gals... any clever ideas how to infuse the consomme with smoke?
