Simmering for a while for the flavors to meld. Cornbread to be made later. yeah, it’s a mix. I’m feeling lazy today.

Cornbread turned out a little flat. But the soup was spot on! And yep…got enough for a few days meals!

I take the time to make mini meatballs if I'm ambitious.

I watched the Arkansas game. Bet Jim’s pride got tender long before the football did lol

Yum. I make something similar. It is called ground vegetable soup. Looks like someone threw up in a bowl but tastes fantastic. Should make a post next time I make it.
