League draft day has arrived.  Just started a pork butt with hickory and will be doing a few wings later.

Draft went off well, here are some post-draft sriracha and buffalo!  Pork butt is at 181.  Wings were smoked, then deep fried, dunked and grilled.

Awesome!  We do a cook off at our draft every year.  I was challenged in pulled pork last year.  Complete domination on my part.  We draft this weekend and 3 of us our doing a rib off.  Good luck with your season!
