I did a smoke a few days ago , with some FoodLion $.99 / lb butts. It was 25.7 lbs. total. It was cold and windy, so it was a 12 hour total smoke. The temp was 210-250. Ii pulled them at 198, and let rest for a couple hours. I used Kingsford blue and some cherry and oak sticks. I have a cheap Brinkman snp, with no moss at that time. I have been using this since Sept. and I have learnt to work with it. This last week I extended the chimney and put in a baffle under the tray in the CC.

Looking good!  Made me hungry!

Your picture of the butt with the bark would make a nice desk top picture. Then every time you turn on your computer........

Your pulled pork looks great.  I have the Food Lion circular sitting in front of me now, lol.  Guess I know what's for dinner on Sunday.  I love pulled pork. I see they have Perdue whole birds for .79/lb too.

Looks good...the price is going up they are 1.00lb this week and birds are .79lb
