When I take the ribs out of Smoker to wrap them in foil, I spray (moisten) them lightly with water. I read sometimes that some people use Apple Juice for this step and I am thinking that I have read that some use Apple Cider Vinegar for that step.
Apple Cider Vinegar .... do people really use that when wrapping the ribs in foil, or did I simply read that wrong somewhere?
