When doing multiple racks of ribs do you foil them seperately or can they be foiled together? Also if foiled together, can they be put into an aluminum turkey pan and covered with foil to serve the same purpose?

You can put them in the same foil but I usually don't anymore since I have started putting butter, honey and brown sugar on them so I like to have them in their own package.

Foiling them separately can be a pain, but I have had better luck that way. I have never tried panning several racks. Since the idea is to get moisture into the meat, it may work. Certainly worth trying. Works for brisket.
