Hi,
My name is Wagner, and I like to cook animal flesh, drink beer, and enjoy life. Currently live in Ohio and just started smoking meat about a year ago. I started out on a Brinkman Electric smoker (wife calls it R2D2), also use my Webber kettle to slow cook/grill on, and I have Pit Barrel Cooker that I do lots of fun things with (wife calls it the hobo fire).
I'm looking to get an OK Joe offset maybe, or even get crazy and try to build my own smoking device soon.
I'll post pictures later of some the stuff I've smoked.
