FNG. Effin new guy

  1. Hey guys, my name is dustin and I'm fairly new to smoking, but a "seasoned " veteran of grilling and culinary fun in general. I came on here tonight looking for the best wood to use for wings. I understand the concept of more work than they're worth, but they'll be for the game, and people love wings along with anything smoked. Opinions on wood? Also, I'm from Wisconsin and I'm an avid hunter and fisherman. I'm a team manager for FedEx ground.

    Dustin I used Pecan to smoke some thighs on my kettle grill. It was the best chicken I have done so far.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
