Flat Iron steaks for the wife's B-day

Hey all, so my wife for her B-day requested a steak. Went to the local market and my gosh, ribeyes were 10.99 lb. :th_crybaby2: No way I was paying that for a ribeye so found some flat iron steaks. Figured we would give em a try and glad we did, they were very tender and tasty. I'll post a few pics.
