Last night a set a 2.8Lb flank steak in my fajita marinade and let it sit. I did flip it a couple times overnight.

I fired up the pit with lump then added a piece of Mesquite and Hickory.

After a bit of chopping/slicing it's ready.

I made myself a nice little burrito.
