Flank steak beef jerky

Hey everyone I want to make some beef jerky tomorrow with flank steak. I have never done it before so I was looking for some instructions

You will want to filet it horizontally at least once, depending on the thickness, possibly twice or more to get it to the right thickness, then proceed with your recipe.  The long strands of meat fibers make for a good chew.

Don't forget Cure#1/Pink Salt if you are going to smoke it low and slow.
