Hello all . Been a long time since i posted . But great group and always checking on the forum.
13 lb whole shoulder
Rub down . Cooking about 220 240. Try keep temp in that range.
Running a cheap vertical char-broil charcoal smoker. Been running it for two years. Great results. :grilling_smilie:
In at 3 pm
11 hours in .. got couple more hours temp not there yet.
