First vertical build

This is my 1st attempt at building a smoker. Fire box is 20"x18" 3/8 steel. Cook box is 24x36 3/16 thick. Added a warmer box to. Any suggestions before i laser cut it out?

I think grease would run out of the exuast on to the meat if the exuast is on the roof, I'd put it on the back side
