Tough to say but not long. They cook pretty quick! Just don't let that internal breast temp go over 165.

I stuff as many butter swatches as I can under the skin and then slather the skin with srircha, and rub. Spicy but great!
 


Finished Product. Turned out well. Juicy and the family liked it! The skin was still a little rubbery (I had the temp higher to try to get it "crispier"
 
Man that looks great! Wouldn't mind some of that in my face right about now. Fine job.

Need 350ish to crisp skin. If your smoker won't get that high put it in your oven when it's about 155 and finished it.
