Hey Everyone,
I just got a Masterbuilt Pro for Christmas, seasoned it this morning, and am smoking several pounds of spare ribs as we speak. We live in Honolulu, so as I write I'm sitting on my porch in shorts and sandals and enjoying the smell of applewood smoke coming out of the smoker. I've never smoked meat before or done any kind of bbq beyond your basic hamburgers, steaks, etc. But I love getting obsessed about foods (pizza-making, beer-brewing) and I think smoking meat is going to become a big part of my life. I look forward to learning from all of you on this site.
