First time user and smoker

Hello everyone. Mike here from Nova Scotia Canada, transplanted in Ontario Canada. Picked up a fairly cheap Dyna Glo vertical  LP smoker over the holidays. Figured I wouldn't go all out if I end up being terrible at it.  At the moment I have a Lamb Shoulder about an hour in. I have the temp pinned at 225F and am letting the rub set before I start spritzing. Looking forward to smoking everything I can and advice from the people in this forum.

Mike, welcome to SMF!  Don't worry at all about being terrible at smoking meat.  Smoke has a way of making EVERYTHING taste better.
