First potluck at work and I had to impress. Pulled pork seemed like a good way to go since it is my family's favorite.
This butt was a little over 8 lbs. Smoked it on my ECB from 4pm till 2am when the Dos XX got the best of me and I had to go to bed. Stuck it in the oven set at 225 degrees and it reached an internal temp of 210 at about noon.
First glimpse after letting it rest for 2 hours. At this point my wife and kids were picking at it and asking why I had to take it to work the next day.
The finished product! I took it to work the next day in a crock pot and within an hour the irresistible smoky aroma filled the office and before I knew it the whole thing was gone!
