First Time to the Forum

Hello, My name is Chris West and I live in Wyoming. I have a Bradley 4 rack electric smoker it is not the digital one. I love using it I just started reading Jeff's Smoking Meats Book and have subscribed to emails for over a year. I really enjoy cooking for friends and family and trying new things.
