First time spinning a butt

The bark sample was outstanding! Can't wait to see how it pulls the other half was around 203IT. Looking forward to comparing the 5 hour cook time to an overnight smoke.

Pulled pretty well bone came out mostly clean. Looks and tastes like pulled pork if you ask me!:biggrin:
