I've smoked a few other things, like fatties, pork butt and wings but I've never had the chance to smoke ribs. SO I picked up a rack from my local grocery store and decided to give it a go. I Put the ribs on about 9 am local time and will keep this thread updated with additional pictures as I take them. I will probably do the 2-2-1 method since they are baby backs. Here are the ribs before coating After overnight rubbed with rib rub and on the smoker Will add updates as they come in. *first update* Put the ribs in foil. Didn't have any apple juice so I added some beer. Same color as apple juice right. I also had a small part of ribs that I cut off and am gonna try them without foil.
