smoking for the first time mes should do it.stuck offshore and need a pass time so picked up smoking.lol added some pics will keep yall posted with pics gonna bring to 180 wrap and put in ice chest.any sugesstions

 If you are wanting to slice id run em up to 185 and foil and into the chest if you are pulling foil at 165 and back on the smoker to 200+.
