16lbs at $3.99/lb, I got a bit carried away. Separated the flat from the point, rubbed them a lot and injected too.

Wrapped at 150, roughly 5h in, then cooked until 203 IT.

Took the point to make burned ins with some honey bbq sauce.

Best brisket I've ever had. I used a Texas style bbq rub I made myself with some sugar.
