First time Smoker

My Name is Grant and i live in Australia, I have been reading this Forums for a short while now and been making my own Homemade fresh sausages now its time to start smoking . I have got myself a Hark 30' Electric Smoker and i am looking forward to trying this smoking technique out and having fun .
