First time smoker owner from Arizona

Hi all! My husband and I just purchased a Louisiana Grill 900. We are newbies to smokers. So far we have smoked some chicken quarters, a rack of pork ribs, and steak. It was kind of trial and error but each turned out well. I hope this forum will help me get more proficient at using the smoker so I feel like I actually know what I am doing!!
