First time smoker from Indiana now in Washington.

  1. I got myself a cheap brinkman vertical smoker and gonna mod it from some things I've seen on YouTube. I have Cherry, Apple, and Maple wood so far. Any suggestions on any other woods to use? Any suggestions would be appreciated, love smoked meats and can't wait to smoke ten myself.

  2. Indiana not Indian, any suggestions oat any spices or seasonings to put in the water dish.
