First time shorts

First time I've done short ribs. Still learning the smoke thing, but loving it so far! Put them on at 11:30 this morning.

Turned out pretty good. Some really tender, a couple not as much. Only pack they had in the store, not the best. Not much to choose from these days. Learn something more every time I cook though..

Looks great, try wrapping for a hour or 2 the next time if you think they might be tough, it will tenderize them but you may have to add a little liquid if they are very lean.

Nice meaty looking shorts there. Yup pan in a foil pan with some beef broth.
