First time PRs on my Traeger

They cooked just shy of 4 hrs. 2-1.25-.5 at 275ish.

Waiting on the in-laws. They are sitting on low in the oven cracked with a wooden spoon

I made the mistake of only checking how done one rack was. That being said the first rack we ate was amazing. The second rack a little tough, but should reheat well on the grill tomorrow!
