First time poster, Long time reader

I've been reading through the forum for a little bit but I was graciously given my first smoker by my girlfriend for Christmas so I forgives I should sign up. I have a 30" Masterpiece Electric Smoker and I learning what works, what doesn't, what tastes good and what I don't like. I appreciate any and all pointers!
