Just joined,tx,houstion area. 55 yr old male, just trying my hand at this. Six loins wrapped have sat for 8wk, just un wrapped one. Green mold covers the outside, no smell very dry. Cut open and great color, no smell taste pertty good,good enough for first try. Question, safe enough?, scrub the outside? Not worried about me, but friends and familly?
