Thanks, really didn't think it would take this long. Was hoping to eat around 8 not 9 or 10! Oh well ....
 
You can always throw it in a 300 degree oven to finish it off, either way, you're not going to have a very long rest if your planning on dinner tonight.  . 
 
I really didn't think a four pound brisket would take over 12 hours to get to the right IT!! I let it rest for 2 hours and it was very tender, a little dry, but tasted delicious!
