A couple of weeks ago my better half decided she wanted ribs. So in my infinite wisdom, I knew I could do better than the only local BBQ joint. Which by the way does pretty good ribs.
Well here we go. I started with my normal rub, which I will share later.
I wrapped this in saran wrap and let set overnight. Next day put in traegar smoked for 2-2-1. Came out pretty good.
And now for the money shot. Not professional or compition qaulity, but pretty damn good IMO!!!!!
Came out really tasty. Next trick is going to be a brisket, pork shoulder, 6 racks of ribs, and baked beans. All for a pretty picky crowd.
