Thanks! May have been a disaster if it weren't for the help I got here on SMF and with the wealth of knowledge I had at my fingertips. Makes turning out great food even on a first attempt so much easier than trial and error.This is my go to whenever I try something new. I break out the notebook and put in hours of research and note taking that way I have a pretty strong idea of exactly what I need to be doing.Looks like a great plate and nice job on your first ribs.
