First Smoked Meatloaf.

I have been seeing a couple of these smoked meatloafs pop up on here and they all looked pretty good.  So I thought I would give it a try. 

Used 3 pounds of ground beef, some onion, cheese, and some other stuff.  I tell ya what, It turned out very very good.  Glad I did it.
