Just finished my first smoke in the new GOSM. Smoked for 3 hours and 45 minutes over apple chips and chunks. Rubbed with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, tyme, salt, and pepper. Came out beautiful.
Looks good. I was going to do one tonight, forgot I had smoked chicken thighs in the fridge. We can't eat the smokes fast enough before I wan't to smoke again.
