First Smoke

My name is Andy and I am from Upstate New York. After trying out smoking a bit on my gas grill with some wood chips I figured it was time to get serious. So I bought a Smoke Hollow Horizontal Offset Smoker. My first smoke was 2 small Pork Butts. It went well though I had to finish it in the oven since i didn't have enough time. I also decided to make my own BBQ sauce using one of the recipes in Jeff's book as a base. All in all it was a success everybody loved it at the New Years eve party. Forgot to take a picture when it was done.
