Spent the entire winter remodeling my entire house. Haven't had time to smoke anything till today. Cold smoked some eggs for egg salad earlier. Decided to try a couple Dino eggs. Realized I didn't have any bacon to wrap them in but did them without. Just put some thighs in a little bit ago. Can't believe how much I've missed the sweet smell of the TBS.
